The Ciampini family, a doctor and his wife, an architect, live with their son in the main house and are helpful jolly people, happy to make you welcome. Their cleaner can be asked to clean for you during your stay, at a charge, apart from the final cleaning upon your departure.
Both properties have central heating during the colder seasons.

How to reach us
Arriving from Florence or from Pisa take the highway FI-PI-LI
(blue label) towards Pisa arriving from Florence, towards Firenze
arriving from Pisa. Exit San Miniato.
Turn right as far as the round
about, go ahead (180 angle) as far as the stop on the main road.Turn
left and at the first traffic
light turn right and go up to the centre of San Miniato.
At the end of the street turn left, follow the street on the right
towards The HOSPITAL, reached the hospital go ahead for about two
kms, go
past a white convent ("I Cappuccini"), go ahead for 500 mts, on
the right you'll see high columns in terracotta bricks with two
green
pinecones on the top, you have reached n. 27, via Montegrappa.
